Process
Step 1
- We’ll look at your business and assets (website, URLs, processes, reviews), and match the sequences and language with it.
Step 2
- We’ll begin creating all your (easy-to-follow) 20 drip sequences and messages (Email, articles, SMS, tasks, scripts, and mail). Your best reviews and URLs will also be inside.
Step 3
- We’ll install your new semi-custom messages into your CRM for you, in 15 business days or less.
Step 4
- After installation, training videos, support, and optimization (changing out copy/content that’s working best, market changes, new reviews, watching deliverability) will be given.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does this generate new leads?
- No. This is designed for leads that have responded to your inbound/ outbound marketing. THIS IS NOT FOR COLD LEAD GENERATION (not for cold SMS/ email marketing). it was not designed for such. The copy, the frequency, and that tactics do not fit into cold lead gen and if you attempt to use it for cold lead gen, you may hurt your SMS trust factor (and get your number tossed in the spam), and your domain reputation (gettin your emails tossed in spam).
Do I get unique messages?
- You get semi-custom, not unique messages. First we give you a questionnaire to fill out. This questionnaire will determine the types of messages, voicing, and content you get. Our internal software then finds one of several variations inside our bank of messages to string together and create over 200 messages, 90 tasks, and 60 voice mail scripts inside the 20 different sequences.
How is OmniDrip delivered?
- Once we are done creating your messages, we’ll send you a Google Drive folder to review. Everyone on your team will have access to that folder. Once you approve we install it into your CRM.
Do others have the same sequences as me?
- Yes and no. The formula for OmniDrips sequence is the same depending on how you answer the questionnaire. But, we have such a large bank of message variations that we promise no other person will have the same exact string of messages as you.
Which platforms do you integrate with?
- Any CRM that has basic marketing automation for SMS, email, and tasks. Many CRMs lack some basic funtionality, but most big brands like InvestorFuse, REI Black Book, Follow Up Boss, and others have all the basic functions. NOTE: Some CRMSs do not have direct mail capabilities for drips.

Do you integrate with Podio?
- Yes, as long as it’s built for basic automation. It’s up to whoever built it. and if you have access to that developer to add more features if need be.
